I have recently completed the process of a Joint Venture with MK Building Group and moved into our beautiful new home in August 2023.

Magda, Con and the entire team at MK Building Group made the whole process so easy and stress free, from the very first meeting with them.

Over the years I have heard many sad/extremely disappointing stories of people who have been building a “new home” their “forever home” and the amount of problems, setbacks and obstacles put in their way has taken all the excitement and joy out of what they were doing. That certainly wasn’t my experience. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at MK, they are upfront, honest and the lines of communication throughout was first class and everything you could ask for.

They certainly made me feel like I was an important part of the whole process and that my thoughts and ideas mattered. I have sung my praises of MK to many friends and family throughout the build, regarding the professional and very thoughtful way they go about everything.

If anyone was to ask me my thoughts on proceeding with a Joint Venture with MK Building Group, my response, WITHOUT HESITATION, would be “You are in very good hands with MK”

I also need to mention, having looked at many new town houses, it is very easy to see the standard of work that MK produce.

I recently completed a Joint Venture construction of my new townhouse through MK who were fantastic throughout the whole process.

The job was done well before expected completion dates and the quality is excellent.

As the build was a joint venture MK were able to go above and beyond to increase the quality of the home by using high quality materials to both our home and the other townhouse. By having an invested interest in the townhouses they made sure everything was completed quickly and to the highest standard in a seamless and smooth process.
